Q3 // Week 5 // Live Build
One evergreen page that holds your entire offer. Your VSL on top, fifteen blocks underneath, one link you send before every sales call. Steal the structure. Write your own words.
Group 1 // Hook
The first four blocks decide whether a prospect gives your page five minutes or closes the tab.
"Optional. If you cap your intakes, say how many and when you start. Real numbers only. If you don't cap, skip this."
Number of spots
Example: 4
Intake name
Example: September intake
Start date
Example: 07/09/2026
"Paste the link to the VSL you built in week 3. This sits at the very top of your page, above everything else."
Example: https://youtu.be/hyLMADAm_rs
They watch before they read. The video sells, the page proves.
3.1"Describe the year they'll have if nothing changes. Be honest, not cruel."
Example: Another year starting again every Monday. Three weeks on, one week off, and back to square one by every crew change.
3.2"Describe the one they want instead."
Example: A plan built around the rotation you actually work, that still runs on your worst week offshore.
3.3"Write the line that buys you five minutes of their reading time."
Example: If that's the one you want, give me four minutes.
"Short and factual. Who you've helped, for how long, and one real number if you have one."
Example: Six years coaching offshore crews. 214 lads through the programme. Last year Chris dropped 19kg across three rotations without missing a shift.
If you don't have a number yet, use time served and a named client result. Never invent one.
Group 2 // Frame
Proof early, then the goal, the problem and your model. This is where belief gets built.
"Two or three wins that go near the top, before you've asked for anything. Who they were, what was in the way, what happened."
Video beats screenshots. Context beats numbers on their own.
6.1"Finish this: I help [who] get [what] without [the thing they dread]."
Example: I help offshore workers lose fat for good without dieting on shift.
6.2"Now the concrete version. What does that actually look like in their week?"
Example: You eat from the same mess as everyone else, train three times a rotation in the container gym, and come home lighter every trip instead of heavier.
7.1"What are they living with on a Sunday night? Not the clinical version, the real one."
Example: Sunday night before crew change, packing the bag, already dreading the heli photos and the coveralls that got tighter again.
7.2"What does the industry tell them to do about it that doesn't work?"
Example: The industry says meal prep and discipline. You cannot meal prep on a rig, and your discipline is the only reason you are still trying.
7.3"What's changed, so this isn't their fault?"
Example: Every plan you have run was built for a man with a kitchen and a Tuesday night free. You have neither, so none of them were ever going to hold.
This block decides whether they keep reading.
8.1"What's the old way everyone tries first, and why does it stop working?"
Example: Meal prep and discipline. It works for three weeks onshore and falls apart on day one of a trip, so you end up believing you are the problem.
8.2Method name
Example: The Rotation Reset
8.3"What is it, in one sentence?"
Example: A fat loss system built around a three-on-one-off rotation instead of pretending it does not exist.
8.4"What's different about it?"
Example: It plans the rotation first and the food second, so the plan bends around crew change instead of breaking at it.
8.5"What happens when they run it?"
Example: You stop starting again. There is always a version of the plan you can run, even on a bad trip.
The old way is the villain, not them. Name it, then name yours.
Group 3 // Filter
Two lists that qualify hard. Written properly, they save you calls you didn't want.
"Five disqualifiers. One tag, one line each. Be specific enough that you'd actually lose people."
This block saves you calls you didn't want.
"Four qualifiers, same shape. They should read this and feel seen."
Group 4 // Close
How it works, how it runs, what it costs, and exactly what they do next.
"Three phases. What each one does, and what they walk away with."
"How does this actually run, week to week? Calls, access, response times, the group."
Example: Two calls a rotation, WhatsApp answered same day UK time, a Friday check-in, and the crew group for the 2am questions.
Concrete, not adjectives. 'Answered same day' beats 'amazing support'.
The rule: the price follows the CTA, not the doc. If your CTA is a booked call, stay priceless.
Priced version
Only used if you sell off the page. Fill it in now so you have it ready.
13.1"What does it take for them to earn this back?"
Example: Most lads cover it with what they stop spending on supplements and the takeaways on their week off.
Payment options // maximum two // the word is "prepay"
Option 1 · Prepay amount
Example: 897
Option 2 · Monthly amount
Example: 325
Term (months)
Example: 3
13.2"Your guarantee, in one plain sentence, with the condition in the same sentence."
Example: Follow the plan for eight weeks and if you are not down at least 4kg, I coach you free until you are.
13.3"Your call to action. What exactly do they do next?"
Example: Book your call below. Twenty minutes, no pitch, and we map the next rotation either way.
The guarantee and the call to action appear in both versions.
"Five to nine. Write the awkward ones, not the easy ones."
Seeded questions // tap to use one // answers are yours
15.1"Your full case-study wall, then the ask. One action, one deadline."
15.2Final call to action
Example: When you are done reading, book the call. Doors close when the four spots go.
Spots line // auto-pulled from block 01 // optional
Nothing goes after the ask.
The Final Check // Optional
Your VSL sits on top of this page. A prospect meets both inside thirty seconds. If the video promises twelve weeks and the page says ninety days, they hit the contradiction immediately. Almost nobody proofreads their video against their page. This does it for you.
"Optional. Paste the transcript of your VSL and I'll check the two agree. If you haven't filmed it yet, skip this, you can come back any time."
Your transcript is read once for this check and not stored.
Reading both, line by line...
The check couldn't run
Nothing lost. Your document is unaffected and waiting below. Try the check again later.
No conflicts found. The video and the page agree. Move on.
