Read it out loud once. Cut anything that isn't you.
One card here is one slide in your template. Copy the on-screen text onto the slide. Say the right-hand column to camera.

When to send it
Call inside three days: send it the moment they book.
Call further out: hold it, send it two or three days before.
Book the call as fast as you can either way.

How to film it
Loom or Zoom. Share the slides, your face in the corner.
One take. Amateur is fine. Don't polish it.
